Happy Easter! Colin was very unhappy that morning, but Shannon had a lot of fun looking for eggs.

Colin is already learning how to play video games.

I managed to catch a little bit of a smirk. It is hard to get a smile out of him still but he sometimes will give one. Shannon was amused that he smiled when I asked him if he was a stinky boy (when he had a very stinky diaper).

He is a rather serious boy. He often gives us this rather worried look. I am not sure if he thinks we know what we are doing or not.

We had a wonderful Christmas. Shannon likes her doll much more than I thought she would, considering that she never played with dolls when she was younger. There aren't really any pictures of Tom, but he was taking the pictures.

Hanging up our stockings - this year we have an actual fireplace with a mantel. And there really is a baby in there somewhere, I promise.

And, just to compare tree toppers... Only one of them is moderately insane.

First day of first grade! Yep, her clothes are too big. But she hasn't outgrown anything all year so I figured if I didn't buy the next size up by next week it wouldn't fit.

We went to Universal Studios as well. It was hot and crowded and Shannon wasn't tall enough to do most of the rides. But Seuss Island is absolutely the best!

One day was spent at Kennedy Space Center where we even got to go see the Launch Control Room used for the space shuttle launches.

Our trip to Disney World was great. Shannon loved our trip to Epcot. In the Morocco Pavilian the girl convinced her she needed to get a beautiful outfit. She chose that to be her souvenir for our trip, although the one she got was in white. Mean mom decided she needed the next size up so she wouldn't outgrow it too fast. Also at Epcot they had a cool Phineas and Ferb secret agent program. The kids got a "cell phone" that gave them hints about where to go and what to look for. Pretty fun.
